Ontario Weed Committee

The spring meeting of the Ontario Weed Committee will be on Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at 9:30 a.m.

The meeting will be in the Woodstock OMAFRA Conference Room. 

SPECIAL UPDATES:

• Dr. Trevor Kraus, BASF, will provide an update on two new herbicides – Eragon and Integrity.

• Dr. Mark Lawton, Monsanto, will review the status of glyphosate resistant giant ragweed in Ontario.

OWC ACTIVITIES:

The Ontario Weed Committee is responsible for compiling herbicide recommendations for the OMAFRA Guide to Weed Control, Publication 75.
